When you submit a treatment plan request or the short contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, operation name, email address, phone number, state, and the operational details you provide about your livestock, manure structure, and current practices. We collect this because it is what a consultation requires.

We also collect standard analytics data about site usage — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — to understand how the site performs. Analytics load only after you accept, and are not required to use the site.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to contact you about a treatment plan and to size a program for your operation. It may be stored in our customer records so we can serve you over time.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that operate the site and our email and customer systems on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to do that work.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement. You can decline non-essential cookies and the site will continue to work normally. Your motion preference, if you set one, is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing info@pitcharger.com or calling 833-258-7631. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so and we will stop contacting you.
